Mommy Minute



August 15th is relaxation day. 

Take 10 minutes out of your day on Thursday to relax.

 Listed below are suggestions for Moms; however, everyone should take time out for themselves especially the caretakers.

Do something just for the fun of it!

Here are 10 suggestions for some "Mommy Minutes":

1. Read a magazine or lay in bed. 
 
2. Chat on the phone with a friend
 or meet them for coffee.


3. Paint your nails.





 
4. Soak in the tub.

 
5. Take a drive and turn on some fun music.

8. Treat yourself to the expensive brand
 of shampoo or makeup.

10. Enjoy some relaxing tea. 
 A cup of tea with a saucer and spoon
Sweet Iced Tea for all of us from the south.
(Yes it is capitalized here. It's that important!) 
Ice cold glass of iced tea with a lemon garnish
